From the growing clientele seeking quality meats & service, The Butcher on Bundock has continued to expand from the original small shop, The French Street Butchery located in Pimlico and the Eyre Street Butchery located in North Ward.

Neville started butchering in 1968 in the small town of Bothwell, Tasmania and learnt his trade working in his Father's shop. There he learnt his meat cutting and sausage making skills before moving to the capital city of Hobart in 1974 to open his first butcher shop.

The Butcher on Bundock is recognised as the premium butcher shop in Townsville supplying Townsville's finest restaurants and offers customers a selection of quality fresh products from the southern states of Australia.
